AS MHS IS GROWING RAPIDLY, OUR HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT IS INVESTING SIGNIFICANTLY IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING HR INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND DELIVERY OF OUR HR SERVICE TOWARDS THE BUSINESS AND OUR EMPLOYEES. THEREFORE WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME HRIS MANAGER.

 

One of the key initiatives for the coming years is the implementation of a new global HR System (Workday) and Global (ADP) Payroll system to support our key people processes. The new Workday and Global ADP Payroll implementation project is a project driven by HR but reaching out beyond HR (e.g. Finance, IT) and ultimately impacting all employees and managers.

It is a true change program, encompassing HR processes redesign, which will take the HR function and entire MHS at better Employee Experience, better Manager experience, more efficient and e2e processes, more reliable and sustainable IT infrastructure. Core to this project is the harmonization of HR and Payroll programs and structures across the global MHS enterprise. As such, this person needs to be able to think about and appreciate a global approach to everything that is considered, decided and implemented.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the Workday and ADP implementation projects:

  • You will work together with the Project Manager HRIS who is driving the project delivery, in close collaboration with the key stakeholders and the 3rd party Implementation Partner.
  • This position will take direction from the Director HR and HRIS Project Manager both based in the Netherlands and will be a member of a global work team. The incumbent will also be considered a member of the Global Director HRIS/Ops team for purposes of collaboration and global process support.
  • The activities will be defined by and tracked by the HRIS Project Manager and the HRIS Manager, in consultation with local HR and Business management.
  • Support on specific planning topics like data migration, testing and ensure an overall consistent plan is always available and up-to date.
  • As a member of a global project team, work hours may include early morning or early evening meetings; as such, a degree of scheduling flexibility is required.
  • Ensuring HRIS data integrity and functionality
  • Development of people analytics and reporting
  • Management of the MHS International payroll for multiple countries

Job requirements

EXPERIENCE:

For this challenging job we are looking for strong HRIS Manager with experience in HRIS implementation and payroll management. Previous experience with Workday Platform and previous experience with ADP Global is a highly desirable. Also desirable is experience working with third-party consultants on system implementation projects

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION:

You will report to Director HR MHS International and will be a member of the HR MT of MHS International. The office location is Houten/Den Bosch.
